Comar 7P.i ECO
The 7P.i. ECO door has been designed to provide high performance solutions for today’s specification demands. Utilising Comar’s trademark P.i. (Polyamide Insulation) thermal break technology, it delivers superior thermal performance with an aesthetic edge. Aesthetics come from its slim 55mm profiles, seamlessly integrating with the Comar 5P.i. ECO casement window system. Offering single or double doors that can open in or open out, the door is ideally suited to light-commercial, residential or social housing projects. The system comes with various threshold options, such as rebated for weather performance or low-rise for compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act (D.D.A).

Comar 7P.i. ECO has been tested to PAS 23 which ensures the door performs well against the rigours of the British weather, reducing draughts and providing excellent weather-proofing. This ensures that, even in the most extreme locations, the Comar 7P.i. ECO doors maintain their high performance. Security concerns are alleviated with the Comar 7P.i. ECO door exceeding the requirements of PAS 24 with its secured by design multi-point locking system and key cylinder that is both anti-bump and anti-snap, ensuring the highest levels of reassurance against intruder attack.

Comar 7P.i Lift and Slide
The latest addition to the innovative Comar 7P.i door suite. With ever increasing demands for energy efficient building materials, Comar 7P.i HSD incorporates the trademarked P.i thermal efficiency providing low U-values with an aesthetically pleasing finish. Developed for applications where high specification and elegant solutions are a key design factor, such as offices, apartments, hospitals and schools, it provides a unique solution where other door types would cause an obstruction internally or externally.

A polyamide track, with reinforced nylon tandem rollers, has a precision adjustment mechanism which means that the same components can be used on all sizes of doors. This also serves to ensure long-term ease of maintenance as well as allowing for fabrication, profile and track tolerances. This is borne out by the testing in wet and sandy conditions of over 200,000 open/close cycles. The strength of the system is proven through the capability to carry 180kg of weight per roller. The tandem rollers and polyamide track can be replaced as part of general maintenance without the need to disassemble the door.

For applications where safety is a concern, door restrictors can be fitted to the door at increments to suit the application. Form is met through the use of 38.5mm curved jambs and reinforced stiles incorporating full height handles. Exceptional weather performance is created by woolpile that has an integral plastic fin and bubble gaskets at the interlock. Frames can be dual colour with different colours to the interior and exterior profiles.

Comar 7P.i Lift and Slide+
Slim sightlines and a low threshold design, the Comar 7P.i LS+ sliding door suits both the replacement of old patio doors or as a new solution in extensions and building projects. Available in a variety of finishes and in single or dual colour from a choice of thousands of RAL colours to suit your tastes. Innovative lift and slide gearing provides smooth operation for the user, with the door handle raising the door panel from the closed position. This system maximises light in the summer months with a three-track slider, whilst keeping out the colder in the winter with its low U-values.

Comar 7P.i ECO LT
The system benefits from low U-values, A++ energy ratings, and Secured by Design status. The LT range is a lighter weight version of the standard ECO range, but the aluminium profile wall thickness has not been sacrificed, giving slim sightlines and ensuring long lasting performance. There are no fiddly cover-plates or fixings to hide the notching into the profiles for the security shoot-bolts. Single or dual colour options are available in a range of thousands of RAL colours.The Comar 7P.i ECO LT Aluminium Door system has both inward and outward opening options in single or double door combinations. Two threshold options are available; high weather performance or low-rise, for seamless balcony terrace integration.

Tested to BS 6375 ensures the door performs well against the rigours of the British weather, reducing draughts and providing excellent weather-proofing. The door also exceeds the requirements of PAS 24:2016 to alleviate any security concerns. Aesthetics come from its slim 50mm profiles, seamlessly integrating with the Comar 5P.i ECO LT Casement Window System.
